PLEASE READ ALL SHOP POLICIES CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER


PAYMENT

• All payments are due in full prior to processing and shipping your order. Delayed payments will delay shipment. Paypal and credit cards are both acceptable means of payment.
• Maryland purchases are subject to a 6% sales tax.

SHIPPING

• Domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail, generally within 3-7 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that holidays and busy times of the year can delay shipment times.
• International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, and can take several weeks to arrive (sometimes longer). If your country provides tracking, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your home country, and you as the buyer are responsible for them.

PACKAGING

• Cards and prints sized 8x10 and smaller are packaged in a protective cellophane sleeve and shipped in a sturdy flat cardboard mailer.
• Prints larger than 8x10 are rolled in protective Kraft paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube.

ADDRESS CHANGES

• Please make sure that you have entered the correct address at checkout. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address before your order has shipped, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can make the necessary changes to your order. Unfortunately, I am unable to make any changes to your order after your item(s) have shipped. The White Lime is not responsible for items that are shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Please contact me here to let me know of your address change, and include your name, order number, and date the order was placed.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

• I truly value your satisfaction! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please notify me within 10 business days of receiving it. All returns and exchanges require approval, and any unapproved returns will not be accepted. Once approved, please ship your item(s) to the return address that came with your package. You as the buyer are responsible for any shipping fees associated with shipping the item(s) back. Please contact me using my contact form here with any questions or concerns regarding how to return or exchange your item(s).
• Please take extreme care to ship the item(s) back in the same condition they were shipped in. Returns that arrive damaged and/or have visible wear will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. For refunds, you will be refunded for the cost you paid for the item, less shipping.
• Due to the nature of these products, digital downloads, cards, calendars, and notepads are not eligible for returns.

DAMAGED ITEMS / WRONG ITEM SHIPPED

• Please notify me immediately if your items arrive damaged or if the wrong item is shipped to you. Photo proof of the damaged or wrong item(s) and packaging will both be required prior to approval. Once approved, a new replacement package will be sent. Any prints that are damaged as a result of mishandling by you as the customer are not eligible for replacement.
• International orders are also eligible for replacement of damaged items or wrong item shipped, but you as the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with shipping the replacement item(s) out to you.

LOST ITEMS

• Please be aware that once an item has shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of The White Lime. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order after it has shipped, including delayed shipping times, please contact USPS and reference your tracking number.

• All items and designs are copyright protected and owned by The White Lime LLC. Any unauthorized copying, republishing, selling, reproducing, or modifying of any designs or items is strictly prohibited.
